For Space Holders
ONLINE & IN PERSON in Nosara, Costa Rica
A holistic consultation and mentorship space for women coaches, therapists and facilitators to deepen your confidence, magnetism and impact as you share your gifts in the world​
I hold space for the space holders, guiding women leaders in embodying their unique frequency, voice and wisdom in their work with clients, while tending to their own well-being as practitioners.
​​
Sessions may include somatic exploration, guided visualizations, client consultations, role-plays, healing rituals, and psycho-education in embodiment, couples work, trauma, energy medicine and sexuality.
​
As a mentor, I draw on more than a decade of experience as a former somatic psychotherapist and couples therapist (MA), as well as a Somatica® certified sex & relationship coach, bodyworker and rose priestess. ​​​​
