1:1 trauma-informed somatic sessions that awaken and restore a core sense of self and embodied soul presence. Through therapeutic touch and soma-psyche work, we explore and gently re-shape patterns of holding and protection that restrict your magic.​​
Sessions are held within a trauma-informed, relational framework, and may include verbal dialogue, embodied parts work and therapeutic bodywork (fully clothed). The approach is rooted in principles of body-based psychotherapy.

Through safety, permission, and emotional resonance, fragmented parts of self/body are awakened and life energy begins to move more freely through the soma-psyche.
​​
You’ll be met with deep presence, compassionate attunement, and clear insight, and guided through a collaborative arc of exploration as we navigate both the subtle inner terrain and the real dynamics of your life, sexuality and relationships.

Particularly supportive for women navigating transitions, relational shifts, spiritual awakening, or changes in body, identity, or sexuality, who are ready to reclaim suppressed aspects of themselves and step into greater presence and expression. ​

What To Expect in a Session

Each session is highly personalized and held in a collaborative process guided by curiosity, compassion, and attunement to the body’s natural intelligence.

Sessions may include exploration of core patterns and protective tendencies through somatic awareness, emotional processing, trauma integration, nervous system expansion, relational inquiry, and therapeutic touch when working in-person.​​Touch-based work is conducted while fully clothed on a treatment table or floor mat.

My Background
​
With over a decade of trauma-informed therapeutic training and cross-cultural education and experience, my sessions are rooted in principles of somatic psychotherapy, attachment therapy, emotionally based therapy, Somatica® sex and relationship coaching, integrative bodywork, and women’s spirituality.
