"I know what it feels like to yearn for deeper connection and the courage to live in alignment with who I truly am."

Following the threads of my heart's longing.
Growing up as a highly sensitive child who moved countries at age five, I often felt like I didn’t belong. I found refuge in my inner world of dreams and magic, imagining a day when I could fully express all that stirred within me and feel resonance and belonging.
Twenty years ago, that dream led me on a quest to discover where I feel most alive. I immersed myself in radically new ways of living, loving, and healing—moving between countries, training in diverse modalities, joining different communities, and starting (and ending) many relationships. It was messy, dynamic, and deeply rich.
Everything began to deepen when I learned to live in direct communion with my body’s guidance. Following my embodied intuition, I left my social justice career in New York City and moved to California’s Bay Area, where I studied and explored bodywork, yoga, sexuality, and clinical training in somatic and couples therapy.
As I pursued formal training in psychotherapy, I still felt most at home in the soulful, embodied, intuitive realms. My deepest liberation came in spaces where I could explore embodied sexuality as a sacred portal—allowing vulnerability, awakening erotic aliveness, connecting with my tribe, and learning to embrace my sensitivity as a gift.
Through sacred embodiment work, I healed from trauma, claimed my sexual sovereignty, and met my partner in love and life.
My path awakened a deep remembrance of who I am and ignited my calling to share the power of soulful intimacy and embodied aliveness with others.
After earning my Master’s degree in Counseling and Somatic Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, I opened a practice abroad—supporting couples in multicultural relationships, guiding women through embodied work, and facilitating intimacy workshops.
Then I became a mother. When our son was born, my world both slowed and expanded, taking me into profound new realms: navigating motherhood alongside shifts in my body, my calling, family life, and partnership.
A few years later, shortly after conceiving our daughter, I felt the call to step deeper as a priestess in the sacred rose lineage. Six months after her birth, our family journeyed to England for a profound pilgrimage and initiation. I felt fully at home—in my body, with my family, and within this mystery tradition.
Alongside our partnership and the birth of our children, the seeds of my vision were born: a sanctuary that integrates soma, sexuality, and soul. A place that feels like home for all.
Today, we live in Nosara, Costa Rica, where we raise our children, lead heart-centered businesses, and cultivate a life rooted in nature, community, and ongoing learning.

After more than a decade of working globally with women and couples, I have seen how the integration of sexuality, body and soul awakens parts of us that other approaches often cannot reach.
This is what led me to expand beyond my private therapy practice to offer embodied intimacy guidance, trainings and retreats, blending my therapeutic background with training in the Somatica® method of sex and relationship coaching, bodywork, and embodied spirituality — to call on the power of our soma souls to remember who we are, and why we are here.

I now create spaces where people can feel a sense of belonging, safety, and freedom to open to the full spectrum of being alive...the pain and erotic aliveness...the soulful love and intimacy...the magic and the mystery.
What once felt like a distant longing
became my calling.

Giving thanks
Learning to follow the wild urgings of my soul as a mother, partner, and somatic guide taught me something simple: beneath the shame, trauma, and conditioning we carry, there’s a pulse inside us that cannot be extinguished.
When we feel it in our bodies, we begin to live and love in ways that actually work...raw, messy, sensual, awake. A remembering of who we are and the life that wants us fully.
This is not about self-improvement; it’s a return to embodied aliveness, the intelligence of the body, and the web of connection that holds us all.
I am grateful to the guides, mentors, and loved ones who have shown me this, and to my family of origin, my soul family, and my partner and children, who teach me the most about belonging, intimacy, and love.
And I give thanks to the places that have been home along the way, especially Nosara, Costa Rica, where we now live and continue learning together.
