"I know what it feels like to yearn for real intimacy and the courage to live in unwavering devotion to who I truly am, and what I truly want."

Following the threads of my heart's longing.

Growing up as a highly sensitive child who moved countries at age five, I often felt like I didn’t belong. I found refuge in my inner world of dreams and magic, imagining a day when I could fully express all that stirred within me and feel safety, resonance and belonging.

Twenty years ago, this longing led me on a quest. I immersed myself in radically new ways of living and loving. I traveled, trained in diverse modalities, joined different communities, started (and ended) many relationships. It was messy, dynamic, and bone deep rich.

Everything began to open up for me when I learned to live in direct communion with my body. Following my felt sense, I left my social justice career in New York City and moved to California’s Bay Area, where I dove headfirst into the embodied relational arts: bodywork, yoga, sexuality, alongside clinical training in somatic and couples therapy.

As I trained to become a body-centered psychotherapist with a focus on sexual trauma resolution, I also delved into the soulful, intuitive realms. Deep liberation came in spaces where I could explore embodied intimacy and sexuality as a sacred portal—allowing vulnerability, awakening erotic aliveness, connecting with my tribe, and learning to embrace my sensitivity as a gift.

The unique intersection of somatic psychotherapy, sacred feminine arts and sexuality work supported me in healing trauma, claiming my erotic sovereignty, and ultimately meeting my partner in love and life, Erez. A whole new path opened up for me.

This gradual remembrance of who I truly am beneath all the layers of conditioning and trauma that I had carried ignited my calling to share the power of this work more widely.

After I I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling and Somatic Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, I opened a therapy practice abroad, supporting couples in multicultural relationships, guiding women through somatic healing, and facilitating intimacy workshops.

Then I became a mother, and everything changed. When our son Lavi was born, my world both slowed and expanded, taking me into profound new realms: unmedicated natural birth, motherhood and neurodivergence, and the embodiment of my eros and sacred purpose in the context of family life.

When Lavi was two years old, we conceived our daughter Alma Rose just as my beloved grandmother was crossing the threshold. Accompanying her in those last days and moments was a profound initiation into my path as a priestess, which led me to the Sacred Rose Mystery School and many years of deepening devotion and practice within this lineage.

Today, we live in Nosara, Costa Rica, where we raise our children, lead mission-centered businesses, and cultivate a life rooted in our love for nature, whole-child education and devotion to our family and community.

Learning to follow the wild urgings of my soul as a mother, partner, and somatic guide taught me something simple: beneath the shame, trauma, and conditioning we carry, there’s a pulse inside us that cannot be extinguished. When we feel safe to allow it to spread through our bodies, we begin to live and love with a kind of freedom we could have never imagined.

Alongside the growth of our family over the past decade, the seeds of my vision for this space were born: a sanctuary that integrates soma, sexuality, and soul. A place that feels like home for sensitive women and deep lovers, for women who have lived through trauma, and who feel called to step into the depth of their true power in love, sex and their calling as a practitioner and priestess.

Somatic psychology

After more than a decade of working globally with women and couples, I have seen how the integrative exploration of eroticism, embodied relationship and divinity awakens parts of us that other approaches often cannot reach.

This is what led me to expand beyond psychotherapeutic work to offer embodied intimacy and priestess mentorship, trainings and immersions, blending my therapeutic background with principles of the Somatica® method of sex and relationship coaching, trauma resolution, bodywork, and embodied spirituality  to come home to the truth of who we are, and why we are here.

I'm honored to create spaces where people feel a sense of belonging, safety, and freedom to open to the full spectrum of being alive...the pain and erotic aliveness...the soulful love and intimacy...the magic and the mystery.

What once felt like a distant longing
became my calling.

Giving thanks

I am deeply grateful to the many many guides, mentors, and loved ones who have walked alongside me on this path.

I'm thankful for my family of origin, my soul family, and my partner and children, who teach me the most about belonging and devotion.

And I give thanks to the places that have been home along the way, including Nosara, Costa Rica, where we now live.
