​I guide practitioners, therapists, coaches and facilitators in embodying their unique frequency, voice, and wisdom in their work with clients, while developing 1:1 and group offerings that transform lives.
My holistic approach to mentorship deepens capacity and mastery in somatic work, intimacy work and trauma-informed, hands-on approaches, while supporting the well-being of each practitioner and their unique dreams and goals.

Sessions may include somatic exploration, guided visualizations, hands-on work (when relevant), client consultations, role plays, healing rituals, and mentorship in embodiment, trauma work, couples work, and somatic sexuality.

In my consultations, I draw on over a decade of clinical training and experience as a former somatic psychotherapist and couples therapist (MA) in private practice. I'm also a group facilitator, Somatica®-certified sex and relationship coach, bodyworker, yoga teacher and rose priestess. I draw on all of these diverse aspects of my work to guide practitioners in a way that is attuned to them and their field of healing.
