Prioritizing pleasure isn’t about bypassing life’s challenges or difficult emotions; it’s about making space for it all—the vulnerable fullness of our human experience. It’s about weaving erotic aliveness into the realness of our lives, allowing pleasure to coexist with pain, grief, and struggle, and drawing on it as a source of strength, transformation, and soulful remembrance in the midst of our every day lives.

Before you begin
Give yourself the gift of presence. Take this time to slow down. Listen to your body, and go as deep as feels right for you.
What to prepare:
A journal, comfortable space to lay, privacy, and 15 minutes to rest and receive.
Emotional Support:
This journey is designed to be gentle, but connecting with our bodies can sometimes stir strong emotions or sensations. Whether you feel strong feelings, numbness, or anything in between—know that it’s all welcome.
