Immersions are 3-6 hour private deep dive sessions, held online or in my beautiful studio in Nosara, Costa Rica. It is also possible to book a multi-day private retreat experience.

That is what led me to this work over a decade ago. First as a couples therapist and later as a certified sex coach, I’ve supported hundreds of couples in moving through distance, stagnation, and disconnection to rebuild trust, revive desire, and co-create relationships that feel alive, resilient, and deeply authentic.
