Do you have a sliding scale for coaching?

I have a limited number of sliding scale spots available at any given time for those who meet my financial need criteria.

How long is a coaching process?

The length of each process depends in large part on your goals, desires and pace of growth, which we can assess together during our intro session. I offer a limited number of longer-term mentorship spots each year.

Most clients tend to follow one of the following paths:

  • Immersions: best for those who have already done therapy/coaching and want to dive deep on a specific topic (such as sexuality) in a condensed time frame

  • 6-24 to create shifts in longstanding emotional, erotic, embodied patterns

  • 6-12+ months for deep integration and ongoing self-care, development and growth.

How does online coaching work?

Sessions are held on Zoom. All you need is a private space, a free Zoom account, and a WIFI connection.

What kinds of clients get the most out of this kind of coaching?

Clients who are ready to commit to a process of deep exploration and growth, and who are open to:

  • Learning new skills and exploring growing edges

  • Going beyond talk to create new experiences

  • Experimenting with new ways of communication/connection

  • Engaging in somatic/embodied work

Do online sessions work?

Yes! I’ve been working successfully with women and couples online for many years and have found many benefits to this format:

  • Privacy and intimacy in your own space

  • The flexibility to meet from anywhere

  • Convenient and efficient

  • Somatic work is fully possible online—whether solo or with your partner, I guide you through embodied practices

  • Couples often find that being in their own space enhances intimacy

Who is not a good fit for this kind of work?

Individuals experiencing active mental health concerns or feeling unstable or unsafe. Couples in crisis, high escalation, or situations where safety is a concern.

Are sessions confidential?

All sessions are held in 100% confidentiality. Given the sensitive nature of this work, I take great care to protect clients' privacy.

Are you a therapist or a coach?

Today I work exclusively as a teacher, coach and mentor with clients around the world. I previously worked as an individual and couples therapist (outside the US).

I am not a physician, psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, licensed psychotherapist, or social worker. I do not provide medical advice, diagnose mental health disorders, treat them, or prescribe medications.

Any information shared on this website, in my coaching programs, courses, content, or consultations is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or psychological condition, please seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.

What makes somatic mentorship different from therapy?

Embodied mentorship is different from therapy in many ways, namely that it is experiential, body-centered, practical and oriented towards creating new pathways of pleasure, intimacy, self-attunement and embodiment in the present moment, through new experiences, rather than focusing on insight, the past or the future.

When working in-person I also offer therapeutic somatic bodywork to deepen learning and integration.

As someone who has studied and worked across disciplines, I aim to bring together the depth of my therapeutic experience with the efficacy of coaching. We don't just gain insight and awareness, but actually practice embodying new ways of relating to ourselves and our partners.

What can I expect in a session? â€‹

Firstly, we always attune to your unique needs, desires and goals.

Practices we explore might include mindful inquiry, somatic work (movement, touch, breath work, nervous system regulation), inner child work, communication practices, role plays, emotional processing, experiential erotic education/tools, relational learning and guided visualization.

I offer real-time guidance and encouraging support as you practice new skills, with me and/or your partner, fostering integrated growth. â€‹

My approach is rooted in consent, safety and  empowerment for those who have experienced trauma. Coaching does not involve any sexual engagement with me as the practitioner; rather, I teach, guide and mentor you in deepening intimate connection with yourself and/or your partner, in ways that are therapeutic and grounded.
