A mother, priestess, mentor and former psychotherapist.

Growing up as a sensitive child who moved countries at age five, I often felt like I didn’t belong. I found refuge in my inner world of dreams and magic, imagining a day when I might be able to express all that stirred within me and feel resonance and belonging.​​
20 years ago, this dream led me to immerse myself in experimenting with different ways of living, loving and healing. As I awakened my embodied intuition, I decided to leave my social justice career and yoga teaching gigs in New York City, and move to California's Bay Area. This is where I delved deeper into bodywork and conscious sexuality, alongside clinical training in somatic and couples therapy. I felt so at home in the soulful, embodied arts.​​​
Each step along my path shaped me, but my deepest liberation came in spaces where I felt safe and free to explore my sexuality as a sacred portal—one that led me into vulnerability and erotic aliveness, connected me with my tribe, and taught me to embrace my energetic sensitivity as a gift.​Through sacred embodiment work, I healed from trauma, stepped into sexual sovereignty, and met my partner in love and life. ​​​​

​My path awakened a deep remembrance of who I am and ignited my calling to share the medicine of soulful intimacy and erotic embodiment with others.​​
After earning my Master’s degree in Counseling and Somatic Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, I opened my therapy practice abroad, supporting couples in multicultural relationships, guiding women through embodied awakening, and facilitating intimacy workshops.​
​
Then I became a mother, and my path both deepened and expanded.
While pregnant with my second child, I was initiated as a priestess in the sacred rose mystery lineage, and found my spiritual home.
And so, along with my beautiful daughter, my vision for Soma Soul was born — a space that merges the power of soma (body), sexuality and soul.
Today, I live with my beloved and two children in Nosara, Costa Rica, where we raise our family, lead heart-centered businesses, and weave our dream of a more connected way of life immersed in nature and community.​
