The Intimacy Lab
ONLINE & IN PERSON PROGRAM
The Intimacy Lab is a workshop series designed to take your relational, erotic and emotional connection to the next level while building authentic connections in community. This experience is ideal for those who have already done deep inner work and want to focus on relational growth in a loving container.

Intimacy Labs are offered online and in Nosara, Costa Rica, with different formats designed for women, couples, and all genders—ranging from single workshops to immersive series.

Immerse yourself in the loving medicine of the rose, celebrate rites of passage and deepen into the guidance of your womb.

Each retreat is customized to the unique energy of the woman or group and may vary from 2 hours to full days that weave together womb rituals, transmissions, sensual embodied practice, oil anointing, rose medicine ceremony and sharing circles.​​​

Personal retreats can also be customized to honor specific rites of passage in a woman's life such as pregnancy, birth, marriage, separation, loss, career shift, birthday, healing crisis and more.

This heart-centered offering is rooted in my work as a Magdalene priestess initiated in the sacred rose lineage, as well as a sexuality coach, bodyworker and former therapist.
