As a psychotherapist turned sex & relationship coach, I offer deeply integrative coaching, workshops and retreats for women, couples and groups internationally. Over the past 15 years I've guided over 500 women and couples across more than 10 countries into deeper embodied connection.

Over the past 15 years guiding hundreds of clients around the world, I’ve discovered that embodied intimacy work isn’t just liberating and fun—it’s a portal into multidimensional healing, transformation and growth.

Having lived and worked across continents as a highly sensitive woman, I hold space for the beautifully complex ways that love and sexuality take form.

Today I live in Costa Rica with my partner and two children, guiding women, couples and groups globally through the Deep Intimacy School as well as private coaching, workshops and retreats.
