The Intimacy Lab is a workshop series designed to expand your relational skills while fostering authentic connection in community.

Whether you're partnered, single or anywhere in between, The Intimacy Lab offers a playful, supportive space to explore the art of intimacy, communication, and emotional presence, at your own pace and within your personal boundaries.

Some Labs focus more specifically on erotic and sexual skills, offering space to explore desire, pleasure, and embodied aliveness, always with respect, consent, and clarity at the center.

Grounded in trauma-attuned somatic therapy, emotionally focused couples work, attachment-based therapy, Somatica® intimacy coaching, and soulful embodied practices, we create a playful, safe space where authentic connection can naturally unfold.

Initiations

This heart-centered offering is rooted in my path as a Magdalene priestess initiated in the sacred rose lineage, as well as a certified sexuality coach, bodyworker and former psychotherapist.
